How Books are Priced
Our books: paperbacks, audio books on
CD and our limited hardcover's are 50% off the cover price.
We also encourage people to bring in
older books that may be out of print and we give comparable value (to
how they would be published today). Our price will be labeled inside
the front cover - the price on the outside of the book is usually
blacked out to avoid confusion.
Condition
of Books
Books should have: No loose or lost
pages, no torn or missing covers, or be water damaged. We do not accept
library sale books or books which are very specific or dated (ex: Guinness
Book of World Records).
Audio books on CD ONLY
(NO books on tape); must have the original box it came in - which
also needs to be in good condition.
Restrictions
There is just one restriction to note:
if you wish to use Trade Credit to purchase: Science Fiction/Fantasy,
Mystery, Western or Audio Books, you must bring in those types
of books for credit. Only those with Trade Credit in those categories
receive the extra 25% off discount. Trade Credit cannot be used to purchase
new or clearance items.
How To Find
a Particular Book
The books in our store are arranged
by category (genre). Within each section books are shelved alphabetically
by author, then title. One exception is Series Romance, which is in
numerical order.
There are several other sections that
have different systems. Please ask us for details, and we will be happy
to assist you.
